🌟 Customer Service Specialist with Slovak and Czech🌟  

Location: Remote work (Poland area)

Your daily tasks:

✅ Providing the highest level of customer service related to medical equipment for diabetic patients (contact via chat, email and incoming calls);  

✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;  

✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;  

✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Candidate profile:

🌍 Language: Fluent knowledge of both Slovak (C1-C2) and Czech (C1-C2)

💼 Experience: customer service experience and general medical knowledge would be a benefit;

💻 Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;  

🌞 Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.
