Your tasks will involve: 

✅ Leading, managing, overseeing and supporting a team of Customer Service Agents;

✅ Ensuring the Team fulfills KPI’s set by clients; 

✅ Facilitating clear and efficient communications;

✅ Rewarding Agents for best results;

✅ Participating in the recruitment and induction processes.

This job is for you if: 

🏠 You are looking to work in hybrid mode or entirely from home (area of Poland only);

🌍 You have fluent command of spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2) (Both); 

📋 You can effectively manage a team, offer constructive feedback, oversee processes and growth (at least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment);

😇 You have excellent manners and high personal standards; 

🌞 You are motivated and growth oriented;

💻 You are no stranger to MS Office software; 

💡 You think logically, and are good at problem-solving and introducing improvement solutions;
