Your responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and ticketing
Support both internal and external customers across all channels
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
Supporting stores in their periodic tasks (e.g., with inventory)
Resolve non-standard customer service issues
Offer back-office support to other departments
Coordinate solutions across departments
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Our requirements
Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in shifts, including 8-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays (1–2 times per month)
Availability for remote or hybrid work from our office in Warsaw
