What this job is all about:
We’re looking for an Experienced Digital Strategist to join our growing Digital Advisory team. This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, design, and product development — and who’s passionate about turning complex challenges into impactful digital solutions. As a Senior Digital Strategist, you’ll act as a bridge between business goals, user needs, and technology. You’ll lead engagements with clients ranging from startups to enterprise, crafting digital strategies, shaping product visions, and guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, design, and delivery. If you’re equally comfortable building digital roadmaps, facilitating workshops, prioritizing product backlogs, and mapping service blueprints — we want to meet you.
What you'll do:
lead discovery phases and define digital strategies for new or evolving products and services,
translate strategic goals into actionable product visions, roadmaps, and service concepts,
use product analytics to uncover insights, identify friction points, and support data-informed decisions,
collaborate with clients to understand business goals, user needs, and tech constraints,
act as a Product Owner in agile setups — managing backlogs, writing user stories, and facilitating refinement,
facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders and users,
work closely with designers, developers, and analysts to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes,
support business development with strategic input in proposals and pitches.
Here's what we're looking for:
3+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or service design,
background in consulting or digital product development (agency or in-house),
strong analytical mindset — able to combine qualitative insights with behavioral data,
experience with product analytics tools like Fullstory, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Hotjar,
track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital products or services,
excellent communication and facilitation skills (workshops, stakeholder alignment, storytelling),
ability to work in agile teams and navigating ambiguity,
familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, JIRA, Confluence, GA4.
Nice to have:
experience in mobile app development or platform design,
familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and KPI tracking,
exposure to innovation frameworks (Design Sprint, Lean Startup, JTBD, etc.),
ability to mentor junior team members or lead smaller strategy pods.
and here’s what we offer:
non-corporate, transparent work environment where everyone has their say,
frequently reviewed salary, relevant to market rates, your developing skills, and the results you achieve,
possibility to significantly impact your projects — your input has real value,
continuous professional development and application of new technologies — we all keep learning,
active support of experienced mentors and team leaders along a well-structured professional development path,
frequent team meetings with the purpose of sharing knowledge and discussing interesting case studies and problems that we come across on our projects,
financial support for professional development, when you want to learn, take part in a conference, or go to a meetup,
work-life balance and integration, with truly flexible working hours,
the ability to work fully or partially remotely, or check in to one of our offices whenever you like,
fully paid private health insurance, subsidized sports membership, and language courses,
free breakfast, snacks, and drinks, along with a chill-out space, a foosball table, and some gaming gear at our Warsaw office for when you need to relax and charge your batteries,
a laptop with the operating system which you choose (Mac/PC/Linux) and an additional, good quality monitor.
