We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with strong CRM and CDP chops to join our team. You'll be designing and developing advanced customer communication processes — ones that turn behavioral data into personalized, measurable experiences. This job is all about...

  • Developing comprehensive CRM/CDP campaign strategies and loyalty programs aligned with real business goals.

  • Designing targeting and segmentation logic based on behavioral data, purchase propensity, and customer interaction history.

  • Managing and evolving multi-channel campaigns — Email, SMS, Web Push, Mobile Push, In-app, and In-store.

  • Defining campaign KPIs, tracking performance through dashboards, and identifying where to optimize.

  • Running Test & Learn programs end-to-end: from hypothesis definition and control group setup through to analysis and implementation.

  • Working closely with marketing, sales, product, and technology partners to keep customer communication coherent across every touchpoint.

Here's what we're looking for...

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience planning and running campaigns in Marketing Automation platforms.

  • Practical knowledge of Synerise — and genuine openness to working with other MA/CDP tools.

  • The ability to read KPIs and turn campaign performance data into actionable decisions.

  • Strong English skills (B2/C1 minimum) — you'll use it in client communication, reporting, and content.

  • Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and the basics of marketing copywriting (subject lines, short-form messaging).

  • Familiarity with GDPR principles and data protection best practices in marketing communication.

  • A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across both marketing and technical teams.

  • Experience working in or alongside product and analytics teams.

  • Exposure to A/B testing methodologies beyond standard campaign tooling.
