AI content creator with video editing skills | Remote | Full-time

We’re looking for an A-player AI-native visual creator with film editing skills to join our team.

This is not a junior prompt-tinkering role. We want someone who deeply understands generative visuals, cinematic storytelling, and production-level editing — and can operate at a high creative standard.

What you’ll do:

• Create premium AI-generated visuals (image + video) using the latest frontier models

• Write structured, intentional, reproducible prompts

• Turn raw generations into polished, production-ready assets

• Edit high-end content in Adobe Premiere Pro (pacing, sound design, narrative flow)

• Own the editing and production quality of our YouTube videos (long-form content)

• Rapidly prototype new AI workflows and push creative boundaries

• Help define what “great” AI-native content looks like

You should have

• Proven experience with cutting-edge AI image & video models

• Advanced prompt engineering skills

• Strong experience editing YouTube content (retention-focused pacing, hooks, storytelling)

• Exceptional visual taste and obsessive attention to detail

• Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills (professional editing level)

• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality

Big plus

• Experience creating high-performing / viral social content

• Background in cinematic storytelling or commercial content

• Experience building scalable AI production workflows

• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
