For our Client, a company in the retail industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail industry, excellent knowledge of labour law.
Responsibilities:
- work closely with managers, support them and share HR expertise,
- being a trusted business partner who, by learning the needs and strategies of dedicated business areas, will adapt and propose an adequate HR strategy,
- advise on complex employee issues and support dedicated teams,
- support managers in recruitment processes in dedicated teams,
- manage resource planning, onboarding, development, performance and internal communications - in collaboration with the rest of the HR team,
- ensure that HR policies are implemented and respected; suggest innovations and be ready to implement changes,
- cooperation with an external payroll service provider.
Requirements:
- min. 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR Business Partner in retail company,
- fluent language skills in English,
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
