• Didactic – focused on education, corporate training, and learning programs

Your responsibilities
As Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will strengthen our brand presence by creating clear, structured communication and supporting the development of marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new clients. Specifically:
Managing our social media channels with a focus on professional, informative and brand‑consistent communication.
Preparing high‑quality content (posts, visuals, short videos, announcements) that reflects our values, services and educational concepts.
Assisting in launching additional channels (e.g., YouTube) and planning content for them.
Supporting initiatives that increase visibility and attract potential clients.
Coordinating communication with clients and partner organizations when preparing materials, case studies or updates.
Working closely with the director and the team to ensure a coherent brand image across all channels and materials.
Our requirements
More than formal education or previous career path, we value clarity in communication, creativity and the ability to work in a structured way. No specific experience is required, but willingness to learn and deliver results is essential.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create clear, professional and visually appealing content.
Strong sense of structure, organization and attention to detail.
Energy, ambition and creative thinking.
Interest in marketing, communication, education, well‑being or the development of new practical concepts — a strong advantage.
