Whether you are making our staffing systems more efficient, planning for our growth, building relationships on college campuses or cultivating the next generation of computer scientists, you have an eye on the staffing needs of Google and the broader hiring landscape. You are focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google's long-term hiring needs, and work across a cross-functional and international group of staffing teams. You are both scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven -- and excited to share the magic of working at Google.
As a County Process Owner, you will serve as a process designer for our hire to retire a portfolio of activities and projects. You will be responsible for designing process and program improvements to address business needs; design and plan the rollout of service changes; coordinate local vendors and work to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials and knowledge management.
In this role, you will be able to use your problem solving, change management and process design skills. You will take thoughtful risks, iterate quickly, and work side-by-side with Googlers driving alignment across different functions.
