- Create and implement marketing and communication strategies for shopping centers and retail parks that engage customers and strengthen the image of the properties.
- Plan and oversee events and marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with local teams and external agencies when needed.
- Manage a diverse range of communication channels – from traditional to modern – to reach the right audiences. Select the tools that best convey the unique character of the properties.
- Develop cohesive and engaging content that captures customer attention and builds customer loyalty.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities and analyse marketing performance indicators to optimise campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee marketing budget and spend.
- Any other duties as assigned by the CEO/your manager.
- Business trips are part of this job
- You are fluent in both Polish and English.
- You have a category B driving license
- You have experience creating and implementing B2C marketing strategies.
- You have the ability to work with a variety of communication channels and can adapt messaging to suit an audience.
- You are an excellent organiser – you collaborate effectively with diverse partners, have strong communication skills, and can coordinate projects professionally and efficiently.
- You enjoy analysing the results of your work and can transform data into inspiring, innovative marketing initiatives.
