International Sales Representative (f/m)
Job Description
As an International Sales Representative, you are responsible for the commercial development and sales of outdoor advertising products (such as advertising structures, illuminated signs, façades and signage solutions), street furniture as well as architectural products, including balustrades and balcony railings. Operating from Poland, you manage and expand an international customer portfolio consisting of end clients, distributors, project developers, contractors, and architects.
You combine active new business development with relationship management and work closely with our internal team to deliver customized solutions across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and markets internationally
Manage and grow existing international client relationships
Prepare, present and negotiate quotations and contracts
Monitor market trends and identify commercial opportunities
Represent the company at international trade fairs and client meetings
Advise customers on technical and design-oriented product solutions
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on custom projects
Coordinate the full sales process from inquiry to order confirmation
Safeguard margins, delivery schedules and customer satisfaction
Achieve sales revenue and margin targets
Provide sales reports, forecasts and market feedback
Contribute to commercial strategy and product development initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking ability (commercial, technical or construction-related background preferred)
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an international B2B sales role
Experience in outdoor advertising, construction, metal, or architectural products is a strong advantage
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Technical understanding and ability to sell technical products
Independent, proactive and results-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
English: fluent
Polish: fluent
German: an advantage
Internationally minded with strong cultural awareness
Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude
Analytical and solution-oriented
Strong relationship builder with persuasive skills
