Data Management Specialist

Remote | Full-time position

We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to join our international team and support data analysis, reporting, and coordination within a growing team. We're seeking someone open to long-term cooperation and continuous professional growth.

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (at least intermediate level)

2. Ability to analyze and summarize large data sets

3. Experience in reporting and presenting data

4. Fluent English – both spoken and written (daily work in an English-speaking team)

5. Experience in managing a small team (2–3 people), including task coordination and communication

6. Ability to work under time pressure

7. Flexibility and perseverance in task execution

8. Willingness to learn new tools and responsibilities

9. Strong teamwork skills, especially in international environments

10. Full-time availability

11. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Nice to have:

1. Curiosity and a problem-solving attitude when facing complex challenges

2. Knowledge of sales processes (ECOM)

🔍 RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
