Desktop Support Engineer, Junior (contract)

For our client, international bank, we are looking for B2B contractors:

Junior Desktop Support Engineer (L1/2 EUC)

Contract: B2B contract via Harvey Nash

Duration: 12 months (significant chance for extension)

Rate: 450-500 PLN net+VAT / day

Location: Warsaw (onsite)

Tasks:

• Reporting to senior IT Support Specialist
• providing technical support for 1000 end-users in Warsaw office (remote and in-person)
• Setting up laptops and other devices for employees (also collecting hardware from leavers)
• Managing end-user hardware
• Ensuring meeting IT support KPIs
• Managing ticket queue
• Cooperate with remote helpdesk team
• Hardware product lifecycle management

Requirement:

• Some experience in IT support / helpdesk
• Experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, basic network troubleshooting
• Experience in corporate standards of technical support
• Communicative and well organised
• Fluent in English (C1)
