Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential clients via phone
• Responding to client inquiries (phone and email)
• Working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Monitoring trends in currency, commodity, cryptocurrency, and stock index markets
• Working in a young, dynamic, and supportive team in a friendly atmosphere

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and a high standard of personal conduct
• Punctuality in task execution and excellent self-organization
• Interest in investment, exchange, and over-the-counter markets
• Essential: ease of building relationships and willingness to learn
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Sales experience in financial institutions
