Payments Specialist

Location: Warsaw, hybrid

Contract Type: 6 months initial contract

We’re looking for an experienced Payments / Procure-to-Pay Specialist to support end-to-end payment processes across international entities in a shared services environment.

What you’ll do:

• Execute vendor and employee payments (EU & US)

• Manage payment runs and handle urgent/manual payments

• Collaborate with Treasury, Procurement, and Finance teams

• Maintain and validate vendor master data

• Resolve payment discrepancies and aged items

• Support tools and process improvements (incl. SAP, Ariba, OCR)

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and sensitive payment processes

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in P2P / AP / Payments

• Experience in shared services environment

• Strong knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA preferred)

• Good Excel skills; Power BI is a plus

• Experience with tools like Ariba, Concur, Workday is an advantage

• Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder collaboration skills
