Project Support & Customer Onboarding Coordinator
PLEASE NOTICE: this is a project with the US time zone, it requires working during EST hours (night in PL)
100% remote, Poland.
Working hours EST.
We’re looking for a Project Support & Coordinator to guide new customers through onboarding and go-live, ensuring a world-class customer experience. You’ll be the key point of contact, coordinating between internal experts and customer stakeholders, and keeping projects on track from kick-off to delivery.
Responsibilities
Support customers in using the learning software platform.
Run 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions.
Set up and manage project plans, kick-offs, and follow-ups.
Proactively coordinate meetings, agendas, and next steps.
Handle customer requests via email, including bug reports and product feedback.
Identify issues early and drive problem-solving with internal teams.
Required
2+ years of project coordination, project management, or client-facing support experience.
English C1
Strong communication, expectation management, and meeting facilitation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and learn new products quickly.
Critical and creative thinking with a growth mindset.
Comfortable working to deadlines and iterating on feedback.
