Project Support & Customer Onboarding Coordinator
100% remote, Poland.
Possibility to work on Polish or US business hours.
We’re looking for a Project Support & Coordinator to guide new customers through onboarding and go-live, ensuring a world-class customer experience. You’ll be the key point of contact, coordinating between internal experts and customer stakeholders, and keeping projects on track from kick-off to delivery.
Responsibilities
· Support customers in using the learning software platform.
· Run 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions.
· Set up and manage project plans, kick-offs, and follow-ups.
· Proactively coordinate meetings, agendas, and next steps.
· Handle customer requests via email, including bug reports and product feedback.
· Identify issues early and drive problem-solving with internal teams.
Required
· 2+ years of project coordination, project management, or client-facing support experience.
· English C1
· Strong communication, expectation management, and meeting facilitation skills.
· Ability to work autonomously and learn new products quickly.
· Critical and creative thinking with a growth mindset.
· Comfortable working to deadlines and iterating on feedback.
