Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a Growth Manager to help organizations translate people training and development strategies into business impact. You will be a part of the team that is bringing this concept to life, by owning the end to end outbound sales cycle and a key part of the enterprise “go to market” strategy.

Check out what scope you will be taking care of at HCM Deck:
- Manage list of named accounts - research, identify their sales potential and prepare them for an outreach process.
- Run proactive outreach to selected accounts and nurture them together with the Marketing team.
- Conduct and lead consultative sales cycle pertaining to new customer acquisition in Poland.
- Have an ability (and a desire) to understand customers' problems and sell solutions that solve those problems.
- Leverage and enhance our sales strategy, processes playbook and internal sales support roles and tools.
- Close new business consistently at or above a quota level.
- Be a true HCM Deck brand ambassador.
- Constantly deliver valuable insights both about accounts and prospects, but also to fuel internal decision making processes ex. Product development.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with:
- A C1 level command of Polish & at least B2 level of English
- 3+ years of sales experience and managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders at enterprise organisations <must have>
- Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, Value Selling or similar frameworks
- Ability to solve problems, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organisation
- Extremely proactive approach, high internal motivation and great organisational skills
- A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
- Passion, humour, and enthusiasm
- Team player attitude
- Great communication skills

During this recruitment process you can expect:
