Position Overview


We’re looking for a new team member to help us grow our pipeline and bring CUX to more companies looking to level up their digital experience. You’ll be starting conversations, identifying real customer needs, and showing how CUX can solve them.There’s a framework to guide you, but the real value comes from your ideas, your voice, and your ability to adapt. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the support to grow, and the chance to shape how we approach outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities


  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through various channels (primarily LinkedIn, but also cold emailing and calling).
  • Be present in the early stages of the customer journey, providing helpful resources and insights not only about CUX platform but also about services provided by our experts
  • Conduct initial customer qualification and join our Head of Sales or CEO in enterprise-level sales meetings to explore customer needs and present CUX’s unique value proposition.
  • Analyze warm leads from marketing and engage with them strategically (cadences, multi-touch)
  • Become an expert in CUX and behavioral analytics, with a focus on consultative, value-driven sales
  • Get hands-on with the sales process by conducting demos and closing sales for inbound SMB inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine prospecting tactics and create engaging, customer-centric content.


What You'll Do


  • Execute outbound sales activities (mainly in Polish, but also for Western European markets), aiming to schedule qualified meetings and reach monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Engage with marketing-generated leads through cadences and nurturing tactics.
  • Manage your leads and activities in our CRM (HubSpot) and other external databases.
  • Conduct sales presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with our standards for the SMB sector.


You’re a Great Fit If You:


  • Have 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development, with a proven record of meeting KPIs.
  • Are highly motivated, fueled by results, great at clear communication, and always on top of your time.
  • Are confident in outbound outreach and familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, etc.
  • Have experience with CRMs (especially HubSpot).
  • Have at least basic knowledge of AI/LLM tools used in prospecting.
  • Are endlessly curious and eager to improve processes with the team and excited about working in fast-paced startup environment,
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in both spoken and written Polish & English.


In Your First 3 Months, You’ll:


  • Learn our Sales Playbook and get onboarded into the team with the support of our Head of Sales.
  • Launch your own prospecting activities and start building relationships resulting in meeting scheduling.
  • Join customer sales meetings and product demos.
  • Help scale our outreach process by co-creating the perfect prospecting setup.
  • Attend mentoring sessions to accelerate your growth as a consultant in analytical sales strategies.

Outbound Sales Specialist recruitment process:

  2. Recruitment task | all info will be provided via e-mail | EN,
  3. Meeting | approx 1-1,5 hour | on-line meeting with CUX growth team to know you better and role play some sales talks | PL or EN,
  4. Final call with terms of employment | approx 30 minutes | on-line meeting with Paulina Walkowiak| PL or EN,
  5. You will get feedback after the final stage of your recruitment journey.
