DBB Business Consultant Process Orchestration

We are looking for a Business Consultant to co-create and deliver new Process Orchestration capabilities that drive productivity, enable innovation, and make our processes future-fit.

Your responsibilities would include:

• translating Market to Cash (MtC) and cross-functional business activities into clear process models to enable orchestration and monitoring

• partnering with global functions, BPO SO, and OpCo teams to map, document, and improve key processes

• collaborating with developers to deliver intuitive insights for business leaders and operators

• running workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and hyperautomation

• supporting AI use-cases, ensuring processes are modelled to unlock new business opportunities

• contributing to our Centre of Excellence (CoE), driving process intelligence and enabling teams to continuously improve

You are a good candidate if you:

• hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or have equivalent experience)

• bring 5+ years of operational process experience in Market to Cash, ideally within cross-functional business domains (such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Commerce)

• have strong skills in stakeholder management, project management, and workshop facilitation

• are experienced in process modelling (BPMN, DMN)

• Communicate fluently in English and enjoy working in a global environment.

You’re a great candidate if you:

• have strong experience in Market to Cash (MtC) processes and cross-functional business domains

• bring any experience in coding, or are passionate about learning and applying it to process improvement.
