In this role you will ensure the development and execution of the European Business Services strategy by sourcing, robust supplier segmentation, relationship and performance monitoring, supporting Heineken’s procurement ambitions and business continuity through effective sourcing, supplier partnerships, continuous improvement
Your responsibilities would include:
Developing and implementing Business Services category strategies
Leading procurement processes including RFPs/RFQs and regional legal contract negotiations for region to secure competitive pricing, service levels and contractual terms
Ensuring that all critical activities on Supplier Segmentation & Interaction, Supplier
Relationship Management & Performance Management are executed in line with business requirements
Identifying and deploying most effective operating models and (digital) tools
Managing strategic supplier relationships at EU Region level, effectively managing escalations and supplier management
Driving regional Business Services procurement activities. Acting as the Business
Services procurement reference for HNV, OpCo’s and global/regional functional stakeholders
Maintaining and continuously improving the relevant S2C process, driving cost-out, security of supply, clear process and fast decision making, compliancy and structured collaboration with all functional stakeholders
Being a key contributor to OpCo’s profitability. Directly managing/ impacting P&L and Balance Sheet (cash).
You are a good candidate if you have:
Master's degree in economics, business administration or finance
8 years of work experience in Business Services procurement, having worked in volatile and largely international environments
Required work experience in field of expertise: procurement, HR, Facilities, D&T, sourcing, strategic negotiations, tendering, supplier management, contract management, project management, process design and optimization, multi-functional stakeholder management, operational exposure, c-level supplier engagement
English (Full Professional Proficiency)
