Are you interested in joining our team at HEINEKEN? We are looking for an experienced finance professional to become part of our Global Process Ownership (GPO) team, specifically within the GPO Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) sub‑department.

The Senior Global Process Expert FP&A is responsible for designing, standardising, and continuously improving global FP&A processes, ensuring effective deployment across Operating Companies (OpCos) and alignment with HEINEKEN’s global technology landscape and transformation agenda.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Design global FP&A processes and ensure consistent deployment across OpCos

• Monitor process adherence against standard designs and drive reduction of process deviations

• Build and grow data‑driven insights through process dashboards and maturity assessments

• Enable improved decision‑making through high‑quality financial insights and efficient, effective processes

• Ensure FP&A technology platforms are fit‑for‑purpose and cover business requirements

• Work closely with global programs for platform deployment across HEINEKEN

• Collaborate with SSC networks to optimise service placement within FP&A activities

• Lead or contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and OpCo & SSC collaboration

• Build internal and external networks to stay up to date with process developments and best practices

• Act as the Global Expert for FP&A within HEINEKEN

 You are a good candidate if you have:  

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A

• In‑depth knowledge of end‑to‑end FP&A processes, including: Data & Accounting, Forecasting and Planning, Performance Management

• Proven experience in designing FP&A process blueprints or Target Operating Models, including organisational structures.

• Exposure to complex, cross‑functional international environments, preferably within FMCG.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
