Junior Sales Manager for E-sports, iGaming, Media, Betting, Gambling industries.


Hello, HiPublic is looking for a Junior Sales Manager for our marketing services in the eSports industry.

Candidate location: Europe (Eastern and Middle part mostly)

Current team: CEO, Sales Manager, 2 Campaign Managers

Level of English: Advanced



Responsibilities:


1. Client Prospecting and Outreach 

Identify and research potential clients in relevant industries. 

Initiate contact with leads via email, phone calls, and social media platforms.

Assist in cold outreach campaigns to build relationships with new brands.

2. Sales Pipeline Management

Track and manage sales leads using CRM tools.

Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and progress with prospective clients.

Assist in moving prospects through the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.

3. Supporting Senior Sales Team

Provide administrative and organizational support to senior sales managers.

Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.

Participate in sales meetings, taking notes and providing follow-up materials as needed.

4. Market Research and Analysis

Research trends in influencer marketing and competitor strategies.

Help gather insights on industry developments to refine the sales approach.

Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends for internal review.

5. Client Relationship Management

Respond to inquiries and requests from existing and potential clients in a timely manner.

Provide follow-up communication after client meetings or pitches.

Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients and influencers.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with the marketing, influencer management, and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaigns.

Help coordinate cross-team efforts to develop tailored influencer marketing solutions for clients.

7. Sales Performance Reporting

Regularly report on sales KPIs and performance metrics.

Analyze sales data to provide insights on client engagement and campaign success.

Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in sales strategies.

8. Event and Campaign Participation

Support the sales team in organizing client meetings, influencer events, and campaign launches.

Participate in networking events and influencer marketing conferences to expand the client base.

9. Contract and Deal Management

Assist in drafting sales contracts and agreements.

Ensure that all deals are accurately documented and processed.

Follow up on the execution of agreements and payments.

10. Learning and Development

Stay updated with industry trends and new platforms in influencer marketing.

Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge


Requirements:


1. Educational Background

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is often preferred.

Relevant certifications in sales, digital marketing, or social media can be a plus.

2. Sales Experience

0-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, ideally in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing.

Previous experience with cold outreach, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline is highly beneficial.

3. Knowledge of Influencer Marketing

Basic understanding of the influencer marketing industry, including platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media channels.

Familiarity with influencer marketing trends, strategies, and campaign types (e.g., sponsored posts, brand ambassadorships).

4. Digital Marketing Knowledge

General knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, content marketing, paid media) is helpful.

Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and how brands engage with influencers to grow their online presence.

5. CRM and Sales Tools

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads, deals, and client interactions.

Familiarity with sales outreach tools, email automation, and sales reporting software is a plus.

6. Communication and Negotiation Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch clients, handle inquiries, and maintain client relationships.

Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques to close deals and manage contracts.

7. Analytical Skills

Ability to gather, interpret, and report on sales and campaign performance data.

Familiarity with basic reporting and data analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM analytics features.

8. Networking and Relationship Building

Skills in networking and relationship management to build a strong network of clients, partners, and influencers.

Willingness to attend industry events, conferences, and virtual networking sessions.

9. Project Management Basics

Basic knowledge of project management principles to assist in coordinating influencer campaigns.

Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com for managing tasks and deadlines.

10. Personal Attributes

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Team player who collaborates well across departments.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Desirable, but Not Required:

Experience working directly with influencers or content creators.

Familiarity with influencer discovery tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Traackr).

Multilingual abilities, especially if working with international clients.
