We had the pleasure to be responsible for the people area in companies like i.a. Based on our experiences with such a large number of great organizations, companies, and their cultures, we decided to publish the book describing our method of work, "Culturivy: The Power of Changing a Workplace", which premiered in 2023 in the USA. The Polish premiere will take place in 2026.


We are the authors of the Culturivy® method that we use in HR Hints and teach at the Akademia Lepszej Pracy - a place where employees, leaders, and managers improve their relationship with work and people at work.

What is this role about?

  • Support the Founder directly in daily sales operations and business development activities,

  • Lead generation and marketing collaboration - work closely with marketing on campaigns, events, webinars, and mailings to generate quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) that actually convert,

  • Establish and nurture contacts with potential clients across multiple channels - from warm leads to cold outreach,

  • Plan and execute sales meetings with laser focus on results and KPIs (you'll need to know your numbers inside out),

  • Analyze sales activities, manage the pipeline, and report on what's working (and what's not),

  • Bridge the gap between Business Team and Delivery Team to ensure we're solving real customer problems,

  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs - yes, cold calling included,


What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Experience in one of these roles: account manager, sales specialist, marketing/GTM specialist, business development, growth marketer, project manager, or founder's associate,

  • You know how to count - MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity aren't just buzzwords to you. You understand marketing metrics and can connect activities to revenue,

  • Deep understanding of startup and SME environments (you've been in the trenches and know what real growth looks like),

  • Growth mindset - you embrace challenges, learn from criticism, find lessons everywhere, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous situations,

  • Hands-on attitude - you'll be in multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating events, creating content, and yes, sometimes carrying boxes,

  • Experience in direct client communication with genuine courage and human-focused motivation,

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills (you'll need them when 11 things ping you at once),

  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to propose actionable conclusions,

  • Advanced English (C1, spoken and written).

Contract and compensation:

  • B2B contract,

  • salary within the range of 10 000 - 13 000 PLN net, depending on expertise
