About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Sales team by preparing analyses and data reports, providing promotional materials, and offering administrative assistance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across various departments and with external stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales Team Support: Assist the Sales team in their daily activities and projects.
• Promo Materials: Provide necessary promotional materials and administrative support.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate communication and information sharing between departments.
• External Stakeholders: Collaborate with external stakeholders to support sales initiatives.
• Team Projects: Participate in and support various sales team projects and activities.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Education: University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous professional experience with sales reports and data analysis.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English & Polish at a B2 level or higher.
