Credit Controller with Dutch

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments

• Proactively contacting clients (via phone and email) to follow up on outstanding invoices

• Analyzing credit risk and supporting decision-making related to credit limits

• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and disputes

• Preparing regular reports on receivables and cash collection performance

• Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service

Requirements:

• Very good command of Dutch (min. B2/C1)

• Good command of English (min. B2)

• Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
