About the role
We are looking for a German & Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide high-quality support to our clients. This position involves assisting customers via e-mail and inbound calls – no sales involved – and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive customer service via e-mail and phone, following company standards.
Resolve simple technical issues.
Meet the project’s quality and performance goals.

Requirements
Excellent command of both German and Italian (C1 level).
Very good command of English (B1 level).
Ability to identify and solve simple technical issues.
Strong interpersonal skills: teamwork, empathy, active listening, and politeness.
Availability of 120–140 working hours per month.
