HRIS Functional Analyst (Workday)

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting)
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
Optimize and streamline business processes within Workday
Manage user roles, security settings, and access controls
Support Workday updates, feature rollouts, and enhancements
Act as a subject matter expert for internal users, offering guidance and support
Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
3–5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Solid knowledge of Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
Experience training HR users and simplifying technical topics
Fluent in English, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones
