About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist/Senior Specialist to join our HR team. The role is responsible for design, implement, and evaluate development solutions aligned with organizational goals and employee needs in the Learning and Development area.The ideal candidate will have a strong service delivery attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
Your responsibilities
Design, implement, and evaluate development solutions aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
Conduct training needs analyses and recommend effective learning solutions to support individual and team growth.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives, ensuring a positive participant experience.
Maintain, and ensure data accuracy in HR platforms related to people development (HL Academy, Competency Matrix, HRIS).
Proactively leverage HR systems, learning technologies, and analytics to enhance the effectiveness of people development initiatives.
Develop engaging training materials, e-learning modules, and blended learning resources using modern tools and methodologies.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance data.
Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and support talent development strategies.
Coordinate and manage the operational aspects of talent management processes (learning & development, performance management, engagement survey, talent review, etc.).
Foster learning culture and drive a positive employee experience in the workplace.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
Provide temporary support to other HR processes as needed.
Our requirements
A Master's degree in human resources, psychology, or related field required
At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing development solutions (training programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, mentoring, feedback culture)
Training design and facilitation skills (classroom, online, blended)
Knowledge about trends and new solutions in People Grow
Ability to create and maintain an excellent employee experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills when working with HR systems and data.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
Being open-minded and culturally aware
Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to work effectively with digital collaboration tools.
