About i4B

i4B is a software development company specializing in solutions for the automotive and e-mobility industries as well as AI supported Software development projects. We build digital platforms and custom software for EV charging infrastructure, automotive data systems, and a viariety of other business applications.

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an AI-driven Growth Marketer who can leverage modern AI tools to create high-quality content and run scalable outbound campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads.

Role Overview

Your mission is to generate new business opportunities by combining AI-assisted content creation, multi-channel outreach campaigns, and close collaboration with our sales activities.

You will create content for our website and marketing assets, and design automated outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to consistently generate leads and conversations with potential clients.

This role is highly practical and execution-focused. We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI tools to move fast, create high-quality content, support sales conversations, and build scalable outreach campaigns that generate real business opportunities.

Experience in the automotive, mobility, or EV charging ecosystem is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

AI-Driven Content Creation

  • Use AI tools to produce high-quality content for the i4B website

  • Write articles, build landing pages, case studies, and industry insights

  • Create messaging that clearly communicates our expertise in automotive and EV software as well as our openness to other business fields

  • Continuously improve content using SEO insights and performance data

Multi-Channel Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Design and execute multi-layer outreach campaigns in accordance with Sales

  • Combine email, LinkedIn, and other channels to reach decision makers with AI supported tools

  • Build structured outreach sequences that generate a constant inbound of conversations and meetings

  • Experiment with new channels and growth tactics

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to support business development

  • Build and maintain target contact lists using scraping and research tools

  • Announce and promote our presence at events, conferences, and trade shows

  • Provide talking points, messaging, and content on relevant industry topics to support sales outreach

  • Create targeted campaigns around events, industry trends, and strategic topics

  • Support the creation of account-based outreach campaigns for priority prospects

AI-Powered Marketing Workflows

  • Implement AI tools to automate research, personalization, and content generation

  • Develop scalable processes for campaign creation and optimization

  • Use AI for market research, targeting, and campaign personalization

Conversion & Lead Management

  • Optimize messaging and landing pages for conversion

  • Track campaign performance and improve based on data

  • Work closely with leadership and sales to refine messaging, targeting, and positioning

Requirements

Core Skills

  • Strong ability to apply AI tools in marketing workflows

  • Experience using AI for content generation and campaign automation

  • Hands-on experience with B2B outreach campaigns

  • Ability to write clear, convincing content in English

  • Strong execution mindset and ability to move quickly

Marketing Experience

  • Experience with email outreach platforms

  • LinkedIn outreach and social selling

  • Content marketing and basic SEO

  • Campaign analytics and performance tracking
