We build digital platforms and custom software for EV charging infrastructure, automotive data systems, and a variety of other business applications.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Leader who will take ownership of building and scaling a predictable B2B marketing pipeline.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine structured thinking with strong execution and deliver measurable impact through outbound and inbound activities.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales to drive pipeline growth and ensure marketing efforts translate into real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Demand Generation
• Own marketing pipeline generation and its impact on revenue
• Build and execute demand generation initiatives across the full funnel
• Develop repeatable processes for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
• Define targeting, segmentation, and messaging in collaboration with Sales
Outbound & Inbound Execution
• Plan and execute outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email outreach, and sequencing
• Develop inbound support such as content, landing pages, and basic SEO
• Test and optimize messaging, channels, and campaign performance
• Continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates
Target Account Engagement (ABM)
• Design and execute campaigns focused on high-value B2B accounts
• Create tailored messaging and outreach strategies for selected segments
• Support Sales with coordinated outreach and follow-ups
Sales Collaboration
• Align marketing activities with pipeline priorities
• Translate sales insights into effective marketing actions
• Support key deals, outreach efforts, and events
Optimization & Systems
• Track campaign performance and optimize continuously
• Use AI tools to improve speed, personalization, and efficiency
• Build simple, scalable marketing processes
• Improve marketing contribution to pipeline over time
Requirements
Experience
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS, software or tech services
• Experience in demand generation or pipeline-focused marketing
• Hands-on experience with outbound and inbound channels
• Experience working closely with Sales teams
Skills
• Strong English, written and spoken
• Solid copywriting and communication skills
• Understanding of B2B funnels and buying processes
• Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows
