Position summary:

 

A Customer Experience Manager, Associate will provide scalable services to customers including but not limited to onboarding, live webinar sessions , customer requests and proactive outreaches. The Customer Experience Manager, Associate will be part of the Customer Experience Hub (CX Hub) , a global team of Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) who works together to ensure our customers receive prompt and professional assistance whenever they need it.

  • You’ll gain hands-on experience with customer inquiries, working in a global team across multiple time zones (APAC, EMEA, North America).
  • We’ll teach you the ins and outs of SaaS and technical language—don't worry, we’ll support you as you get familiar with all the tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Live Webinars for Soft Skills: You’ll start with live webinars designed to enhance your communication and teamwork skills. These webinars are a key part of your learning and development, with scripts to guide you through every step.
  • You’ll create professional educational content, like eLearning modules and presentations, and help keep everything up to date.
  • You'll have the chance to dive into exciting projects like a quarterly newsletter, customer outreach initiatives, and more!
