Operations Analyst

Description & Requirements

Position Summary

Works with a team of Operations professionals who support the services sales and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle from opportunity management through contract processing and through delivery and project closure.
Responsible for working closely with an analytics and reporting team to help facilitate and provide data for reporting.

A Day in Your Life Typically Includes

• Project creation in Infor systems on the basis of contracts from Sales Department

• Project administration throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with Project Team and Finance

• Monthly invoicing in cooperation with Project Managers and the Billing Team

• Act as liaison between various internal departments to solve issues as they arise with customers, consultants and vendors

• Reporting and analyzing to ensure accuracy

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent English spoken and written, knowledge of a second language would be beneficial

• Advanced (preferably) Microsoft skills including Word and Excel

• Demonstrate credibility, professionalism and decisiveness

• Experience working with services sales and delivery teams

• Experience working with contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Operations preferred

• Software industry experience highly preferred

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
