We’re looking for a talented New Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for:  

  • Defining sales and marketing goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers.  
  • Creating a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting.  
  • Achieving sales targets, actively participating in sales processes and preparing sales budget.  
  • Implementing and maintaining long-term b2b relationships.  
  • Collaborating directly with Marketing and HR.  

 

We’re looking for a person who has:  

  • Experience with sales of IT services for at least 4 years. 
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.   
  • A demonstrable track record of success in sales and managing sales forecasts. 
  • Previous experience in building, managing, and analyzing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodologies, and tools.  
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end sales.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence high-level multinational executives and team members. 
  • Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.  
  • Goal-oriented mindset.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
