Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and prospecting mainly through industry events
Qualifying leads - assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their fit with the company’s offerings
Setting appointments - scheduling follow-up meetings with leads to further discuss opportunities
Demonstrating our product and working with solutions consultants to define and build demonstrations to meet prospect requirements
Reporting on sales activity and forecast in Hubspot
Managing fast, intricate sales cycles in a team selling environment
Requirements:
High energy and a positive attitude
Excellent follow-up skills and professionalism
Excellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively
1-2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales as an individual contributor
Proven record of sales success
Hands-on sales style, including initial demonstrations of the product
Must be able to thrive and adapt to change
Basic understanding of the e-commerce industry
Proactive lead management and prospecting
Travel for the role is expected; approximately 20% or as business demands

Remuneration and Benefits:
Competitive salary of 9,000-12,000 PLN, depending on experience

The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Warsaw office and should be present in the office 3 days a week.
