• Koordynacja i optymalizacja międzynarodowych procesów logistycznych i eksportowych

• Zarządzanie transportem, magazynowaniem oraz współpracą z partnerami logistycznymi i spedytorami

• Monitorowanie terminowości dostaw, kosztów logistycznych oraz KPI operacyjnych

• Zarządzanie dokumentacją eksportową i zgodnością procesów z przepisami celnymi i handlowymi

• Wdrażanie usprawnień zwiększających efektywność operacyjną i skalowalność procesów

• Ścisła współpraca z działami Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement oraz Operations

• Wsparcie rozwoju międzynarodowych operacji i projektów ekspansyjnych

• Szukamy osób otwartych na relokację do Kolonii i rozwój razem z IronMaxx na rynku międzynarodowym

• Wspieramy proces przeprowadzki i wdrożenia w Niemczech

Your skillset - as strong as our protein

• Doświadczenie w międzynarodowej logistyce i procesach eksportowych

• Bardzo dobra znajomość transportu drogowego, morskiego i lotniczego

• Znajomość przepisów celnych, eksportowych oraz Incoterms

• Doświadczenie w pracy z ERP oraz systemami celnymi (np. SAP, ATLAS)

• Umiejętność pracy na KPI i optymalizacji procesów logistycznych

• Samodzielność, hands-on mindset i dobra organizacja pracy

• Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego; niemiecki będzie dużym atutem
