ITDS Poland is a rapidly growing IT outsourcing and consulting company delivering services to the financial, fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare industries. We’re expanding our presence in the US market and are looking for a Lead Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast paced, sales-driven environment.
In this role, you'll be a key driver of our growth strategy by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads from the US market. You’ll work closely with our Sales team and be part of an ambitious and international environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential US-based clients using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other databases
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Tailor messages for US market personas and decision-makers
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve the quality of leads and outreach strategy
- Track KPIs and report on outreach performance
- Stay up to date with US market trends and competitor activity
If you have:
- Experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation, especially targeting the US market
- Availability to work US business hours (e.g., EST or CST time zones)
- Native-level or fluent English speaker (native is a strong plus)
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-managed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, prioritization, and reporting skills
