We are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Sales Team and support our business growth!


🔎 Your responsibilities:

  • Support the sales process and offer preparation – coordinate with the Recruitment Department, prepare candidate profiles (CVs), assist in creating formal offer documents, and schedule technical interviews

  • Manage data in the CRM system – update information, maintain, and organize the sales pipeline

  • Prospecting and lead generation – conduct research, make the first contact, and qualify leads

  • Administration and client support – provide operational and communication support for ongoing client relationships

  • Close cooperation with the Sales Director – assist in day-to-day activities, organize meetings, and follow up on tasks

  • Documentation management – prepare draft contracts based on templates, ensure proper document flow, and signatures

  • Reporting – generate basic sales reports (e.g,. number of meetings, pipeline value, activity summaries)Problem-solving and team collaboration – support consultants and coordinate internal communications

  • Event coordination – assist in organizing events for consultants, maintain contact with Client Ambassadors

  • Contract management – coordinate renewals, terminations, and client conversions

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to internal process optimization


💡 We are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks English at a minimum B2 level

  • Is communicative, assertive, and well-organized

  • Pays great attention to detail and works accurately

  • Can manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks

  • Is proactive and eager to improve internal processes

  • Has a basic understanding of LinkedIn tools and networking

  • Has basic IT knowledge or familiarity with tech terminology (nice to have)
