Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the Senior Accountant position

You can expect:

• Keeping full accounting records of the company in accordance to applicable regulations (including the Accounting Act and IFRS)

• Collaboration on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including preparation of financial statements and management reports

• Operation and development of the Oracle Fusion system – including data accuracy control, implementation of improvements, and cooperation with the IT team

• Preparation of tax declarations (VAT, CIT) and reports for ean xternal institution

• Cooperation with external and internal auditors

• Support in budgeting and financial analysis

• Supervision of junior accountants and providing substantive support to the team

• Cooperation with international teams – reporting and communication in English.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in an accounting/finance department, including in a senior accountant position

• Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations

• Practical experience with Oracle Fusion system, minimum version 25 (mandatory requirement)

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level - everyday communication) and Polish

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make independent decisions

• University degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, economics)

Nice to have:

• ACCA, CIMA, or statutory auditor certification
