Due to our client’s needs, we are looking for IT Recruiters to join our Open Market team based in itMatch office in Kraków.
The chosen candidate will partner with both itMatch's sourcing team and client’s HR, to cover a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Responsibilities:
● Effective Sourcing suitable CVs in regards to hiring needs
● Exploring new recruiting sources
● Fostering interaction with prospective candidates to effectively market and sell
opportunities
● Building long-term relationships with Hiring Managers to determine recruitment
needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
● Assessing & analysing candidates' professional & soft skills as well as career
motivation through careful resume screening and detailed phone conversations
● Creating and building a network of qualified candidates
● Preparing recruitment summaries and reports
● Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand talent acquisition needs and
develop effective recruitment strategies
● Generating innovative sourcing channels while building a talent pipeline of
candidates. Handling end-to-end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions and
releasing new roles, through to managing the interview process as well as job offers’
negotiations.
● Analysing key recruitment metrics
● Monitor trends in recruitment
Requirements:
● At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting skilled candidates from the
IT & Technology sector in the Polish market
● Understanding of software development life cycle
● Good English (and Polish)
● Experience in defining recruitment metrics, KPIs
● Experience in dealing with business stakeholders
● Proactiveness and creativity - we need to think outside of the box and find
solutions to various problems
● Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
● Flexibility & critical thinking
● Having a Polish working permit
Nice to have:
● Experience in a recruitment agency or recruitment department in IT company
