Client Support Specialist – Replacement Contract (6500–7500 PLN)

Job description:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• Provide business support and advice to clients

• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email

• Monitor deliveries, shipments, and service quality

• Prepare reports, analyses, and enter data into the system

• Handle shipment preparation for customs clearance

Requirements:

• Very good command of English

• Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service experience

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Minimum secondary education

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent organization and discipline

• Creative approach to tasks

• Ability to work well in a team

Additional advantages:

• Spanish or Italian language skills

• Experience in B2B service sales

• Understanding of customs documentation
