Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Process Design & Continuous Improvement Manager (Finance)
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
Ensure efficient Accounting & Finance (A&F) processes for John Deere´s operations in Europe, including (but not limited to) Account Payables, General Ledger, Forecasting, Cost accounting, Payroll, Local Reporting…
Partner with John Deere European Operations and Global IT to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
Support expansion of the Shared Service model to new internal entities.
Support the integration of new systems and various finance transformation projects.
Track KPIs to improve performance and service quality.
Revise and update procedures and policies.
Manage a team of 3 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Our requirements:
University Degree in Finance or related to process improvement.
5+ years of experience in Finance and with IT professionals.
Language Requirements: English B2, both written and spoken. Polish not required.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and a good understanding of VAT compliance matters.
A strong passion for process improvement, ideally with experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate complex or challenging discussions and drive win-win outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
