Due to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Poznań) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

Supply Management Apprentice

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:​

• Order confirmation management support

  • Analyze order confirmations received via email.

  • Maintain and update an Excel tracking sheet.

  • Update order details in SAP (quantity, price, due date) for both Saran and Arc-les-Gray units.

• Support for France electronic invoicing regulation

  • Collect supplier information from the shared mailbox (communication handled by another team member).

  • Update supplier accounts in the John Deere Supplier Profile module.

• Operational support for planning activities, including:

  • Parameter updates – Maintain purchasing document and material master data in SAP.

  • Document transmission – Handle internal SAP document transfers and resolve related errors.

Our requirements:

• Student status.

• Availability for 100-120 hours/month.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

• Good command of English.

• Nice to have: SAP experience, Data Analytics, Automation, AI skills, French language.
