Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

Team Lead, Credit & Collections Poland

Tarnowo Podgorne, Poland

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit Analysts and Collections Specialists focused on the Polish market.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and well‑documented credit decisions for retail finance applications.

• Manage collections activities for retail customers with a focus on reducing delinquencies and maintaining a high portfolio quality.

• Design, review and update internal processes to maintain the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency.

• Enable and support the digital transformation and automation of our retail credit operations processes.

 Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in credit underwriting, collections, or risk management; experience with the Polish market is highly preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in managing and leading credit operations teams.

• Analytical mindset and strong judgment to make balanced, risk‑based credit decisions.

• Proven ability to build scalable processes and workflows, balancing speed, quality, and risk management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluency in Polish and English required; additional languages are an asset.
