Sales Development Representative
Juo, a fast growing tech startup, is looking for a partnership lead to join the team in Wrocław (PL), Gdańsk (PL), Warsaw (PL) or remotely.
About us
At Juo, we're building technology for businesses that want to build, run and scale their subscription offering. Business model-wise, Juo is a B2B SaaS.
Our initial and current focus has been on direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands selling physical products, but our goal is to make Juo components applicable in any industry where a subscription model can be applied for repetitive selling of physical goods.
Juo operates at the intersection of a few areas, like ecommerce and payments, but — especially our new platform — with a strong focus on developer experience.
The team is lean and consists only of experienced people. In the past, we built successful businesses together. Some unsuccessful ones too — and learned a ton from that.
Business-wise, we have passed the most difficult stage for any startup — finding the so-called product-market fit, which means we can focus on building and perfecting the product without financial concerns about the purpose of these actions. We are confident in ourselves, in what we do, and in the value we create for ourselves, our clients, and end users.
We're backed by fantastic investors and advisors, including domain experts from companies such as PayU, Piwik PRO, and Your KAYA. We recently raised €4 million in seed funding led by Market One Capital and PEAK, with participation from SMOK Ventures, BADideas, FJ Labs, and Lakestar.
In other words, we have all the resources needed to be able to focus on building the product, shipping fast, and delivering value to the clients.
The role: Partnerships lead
Juo builds ecommerce technology for operators and developers. Our clients are ecommerce businesses who need modern, flexible subscriptions infrastructure. As our pipeline grows through partnerships, content, and events, we need someone who can turn that inbound interest into qualified opportunities — fast and with real commercial judgment.
This role bridges marketing-generated interest and closed deals. You'll be the first meaningful point of contact for prospects — qualifying fit, understanding their needs, and setting up the sales team for success. If you're sharp, commercially minded, and energized by turning warm leads into real pipeline — this is for you.
Our flat structure means we value long-term thinkers who are driven by impact, not opportunism. We're as serious about building great products as we are about fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities
Own inbound lead qualification — respond fast, assess fit, and route opportunities with clear context
Run discovery conversations with senior ecommerce stakeholders (founders, CTOs, operators) to understand their needs and qualify commercial fit
Maintain a clean, well-organized pipeline in Attio with clear next steps on every opportunity
Support outbound efforts — research key accounts and craft personalized outreach to high-value targets
Work closely with Partnerships to align on strategies, lead quality, and improve conversion
Requirements
4+ years of experience in sales development, lead qualification, or business development at a tech company (ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, or payments)
Strong sense of ownership — you manage your pipeline like it's your own business
Comfort working in a lean startup environment — you don't wait for playbooks, you write them
Comfortable in an AI-augmented workflow — you already use tools like Attio, Notion, and Superhuman daily
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, support and development)
Excellent communicator who can hold consultative conversations with senior ecommerce leaders and write crisp follow-ups
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Fluency in Polish (written and spoken)
Nice to have: fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
