Responsibilities:
Administration of the main reception
Manage office supplies and facilities
Daily support for department managers and employees
Supporting team events and employee-oriented actions
Schedule meetings, coordinate travels and handle expenses
Draft and distribute internal communications to all employee
Qualifications:
Very good knowledge of English
Availability for an office-based job
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention for details
Ability to multitask and work independently
Administrative experience, preferably in an international and multicultural organization, will bean asset
