Customer Support Specialist with Hungarian
Your responsibilities:
- responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat,
- resolving technical issues for customers,
- providing clients with advice on the optimal management and development of their websites,
- collaborating with other departments in the company.
What you need to know:
- Hungarian language - native or proficiency level required,
- very good knowledge of English language,
- availability during helpline working hours (double shift work),
- basic knowledge of popular CMSs such as WordPress, Joomla, PrestaShop,
- very good communication skills,
- experience in work requiring telephone contact,
- very good work organization.
Nice to have:
- Polish language at a B1/B2 or above,
- knowledge of the hosting market.
