Marketing Manager (Web3)
Responsibilities
Lead and execute marketing strategy for the Poland market to drive user growth, brand awareness, and engagement
Work closely with regional and global leadership to align local marketing plans with overall business objectives;
Own and manage local marketing initiatives including events, offline activations, partnerships, KOLs, and community activities;
Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns tailored to the Polish market;
Act as the local “brand guardian” to ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and local regulations;
Manage local marketing budgets, track performance, and ensure ROI
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in regional / market marketing, preferably with ownership of a specific country or region;
Proven experience in executing local marketing campaigns, including events and partnerships; -Strong understanding of the full marketing mix (online, offline, events, community, partnerships);
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders; -Strong project management and execution skills;
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize outcomes;
Knowledge of the crypto industry and local market regulations is an advantage.
