To sustain our success in the Polish market, we are looking for the right people to generate innovation and drive change together. We are inviting a Market Research Analyst to join our esteemed Skvot Production team. Every day, you will analyze the online education market in Poland, select topics for the courses, analyze the target audience, and interact with Global teams.


Let’s get to the tasks:

  • do market research and generate ideas for course topics;
  • select the best target audience for the courses;
  • do marketing tests to measure the potential of the topic;
  • analyze the results of advertising campaigns and find patterns in the market;
  • optimize the process of course topic selection.


To do this, you'll need some skills:

  • experience in researching digital products or markets or marketing analytics;
  • backgrounds in working with analytics and data;
  • proficiency in Polish and at least Upper-intermediate in English;
  • interest and understanding of the creative industry in Poland, its trends and tendencies;
  • backgrounds in working with different analytics tools (Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Power BI, etc.);
  • systemic product thinking and enjoyment when everything is well-organized;
  • skills in prioritizing tasks and filtering out unnecessary ones;
  • detail-oriented mindset and ability to communicate effectively with different people.
