- Provide timely, professional support to customer inquiries via email and other channels.
- Reach out to potential partners through well-crafted email communication.
- Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Track and analyze social media trends to help optimize our digital presence and engagement.
- Translate marketing materials and social media content from English to German, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support and managing social media accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
