Your Impact

As our Partner Success Manager, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, directly responsible for:

- Developing strategic partnerships with major laboratory networks

- Scaling our solution across new partners and markets

- Building and optimizing partner success processes

- Driving measurable improvements in healthcare delivery


A Day in the Life

Morning:

- Strategic call with a laboratory management about expansion plans

- Partner performance review with your key account

- Team sync on new feature rollout

Afternoon:

- On-site visit to a partner's main facility

- Workshop with partner's team on adoption strategy

- Planning session for upcoming partner initiatives


What You'll Do

Strategic Partnership Management (50%):

- Own relationships with C-level stakeholders

- Drive partner satisfaction and growth

- Lead quarterly business reviews

- Develop expansion strategies

Growth & Development (30%):

- Identify and execute growth opportunities

- Support partner marketing initiatives

- Track and improve partnership KPIs

- Create and document success stories

Team Leadership (20%):

- Build and optimize partner processes

- Coordinate cross-functional support

- Drive continuous improvement

- Share market insights with product team


What You Need

Must Have:

- 5+ years in B2B relationship management

- Track record of growing strategic accounts

- Exceptional communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Fluent English and Polish

Nice to Have:

- Healthcare/medical industry experience

- Experience with SaaS/technology products

- Project management certification

- Additional languages
